itchy noses

ghostly steps move
through a
garden.

evening dew drenches
my paws.

hollowed footsteps paint
the driveway with
muddy outlines and

dirty hands trace the
lines of a rusted
fence with feathered
dandelions tickling my
nose.

I sneeze.
